Ok, are you keeping a dream journal. Dream journals are essential for lucid dreaming. If you don't have one, you probably won't have good dream recall unless you have a great memory. On top of that, you can try to not move or open your eyes once you wake up, and only concentrate on trying to remember all the dreams you had the past night.
