      Exclamation LD Problem

Wow. Incredible. After months of having no fully lucid dreams, I finally had one! it started like this. i opened my eyes in my dream, i was in bed. so anyways my bed was rotating once again... in real life i have a fan next to my bed. in the dream, it was nowhere to be found but i could still feel the air blowing on me. i was in a dark room. but i soon realized it was not my bedroom. and i was 100% aware i was dreaming. but theres a bit of a problem. i could barely move. Does anyone know why this is...?! I was completely lucid in the dream, but I was like "Frozen" I guess... I could move my arms maybe about a few inches across the bed, but that's about it.... I even found it difficult to open my mouth, and especially difficult to talk. The room was kinda big. and the ceiling was pretty high. i remember seeing light coming in from the windows. not much though. everything was still pitch black. I had pretty much no control in this dream, which actually makes me sad considering that this is the first one i had in a while. Another weird thing... as soon as i entered the dream (which, by the way, happened twice), i could hear my moms voice saying random words. quite loudly too.

But why was i so weak in the dream...?! I couldn't do anything... Seriously, I need some help here.

As i said, I went into the dream TWICE. I woke up once, and then was somehow able to get back in the same dream.... ....how did i do that...?!
      Oof.

IF you don't have the power to move or change the dreamscene just close your dream eyes and imagine a grass field in which you are running/standing. The only reason you were stuck was because you expected or happened to thin of it.

This is pretty common when people lucid dream about being in their bed. Maybe we get confused, and the dream overlaps with the feeling of our real paralyzed sleeping body.

Try rocking side to side, building up momentum until you can roll over. Roll off the bed, or out of your body, or whatever happens.

Or, try thinking of a scene. Imagine it as vividly as possible, and let it become your new dream.

Well, i didn't have a full LD again last night, but I actually had TONS of dreams... Maybe like 10 at the most. I woke up after each one too... I wonder what i did differently this time compared to what i did 2 nights ago... All i did to get into the full LD was let my body fall asleep and keep my mind awake... and next thing i know... i was in the dream... i don't think i tried hard enough last night, however...
      Oof.
