      Question Sleep Paralysis?

I only heard of sleep paralysis the other day, I understand a bit of it but not fully? Can someone explain? Also how do you prevent it? I don't think I've ever had one before but certainly don't want one! All I can imagine now is The Grudge standing at the end of my bed!

Don't be afraid of Sleep paralysis. I was afraid of it aswell. Until I experienced it. It was such an amazing experience. But if you really don't wanna end up in sleep paralysis, just sleep on your sides. Because sleep paralysis mostly occur when you're laying on your back. Here's all the information you need about Sleep Paralysis Sleep paralysis - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

That's good, if you never "suffered" from sleep paralysis before, you probably won't experience it then.

by Neglecting sleep paralysis you are hindering yourself from using two useful induction methods. WILD and DEILD. These two methods allow you to enter the dream while fully awake and aware from the get go. Sure DILD is a good technique but DEILD and WILD are better in the sense you start off fully lucid instead of working it up like DILD. Sleep paralysis can be a scary experience but it doesn't have to be. In my opinion you should work on to getting sleep paralysis so you can remove that fear.
