      Was This A Lucid Dream?

I woke up at around 7:00 AM, played some video games, read some stuff on the computer. At around 11:00 AM, I went back to sleep, and I wasn't trying to get a lucid dream, but the thought did come across my mind. I continued sleeping, and then I had all these short weird dreams for about 3 minutes, and then I would wake up from them. Eventually at around 11:30, I felt this.. tingly? feeling all around my limbs and fingers. I heard this scary sounds, and it felt like I couldn't breath.

I kept telling myself, I'm only dreaming, and I tried not to move at all. Eventually, like 10 minutes afterwards I felt my hand slipping off the bed, and when I tried to move it back, I realized I was moving another body! I sat up on the bed, and I had this dream body I was in moving, but I could feel my real body still asleep on the bed. I walked around tried to fly and do all sorts of things. The thing is, I felt like I had two bodies, one (my real body), which I couldn't move, and the other one, my dream body. There were times when I couldn't move either, and the dream was really unstable, there were times when I felt really close to waking up for real and I couldn't really see anything, I just somehow knew where I was.....

And then my mom called me and I woke up for real.

Was this a lucid dream? It feels like I attained lucidity too early, cuz my body wasn't fully asleep. Was it a WILD? If so, I passed through awake to sleep paralysis to dreaming very quickly because it took about 20 minutes. How can I have more?? , and how can I stablise my dream?

Sounds to me like you where lucid dreaming. I never had the feeling of 2 bodies, but i assume it's the same with sound. Today i had a lucid dream aswell, but my mom was cleaning in waking life, and i heard in my dream that she moved the chairs around. So it's probably the same concept as this. And yes, it sounds like a unintended WILD it happens once in a while.

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.

It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.

Yes, that's a definite lucid dream awareness. Each time I've had a lucid dream, I know that my body is lying in a bed sleeping soundly, but that I have this complete other "reality" to experience. Were you able to fly? And what kind of things did you do?

Dreaming is an act of pure imagination, attesting in all men a creative power, which if it were available in waking, would make every man a Dante or Shakespeare. ~H.F. Hedge

Well it was weird, because the dream began in my room.. which really isn't my fantasy spot. I stepped outside, but I couldn't really control the dream, because occasionally, it felt like if I tried moving too much, I would wake up in real life. Whenever I tried moving, it felt like my real life body was kind of moving like close to breaking sleep paralysis. I tried flying, I jumped and i jumped really high then fell down. Then I jumped again, and I went through the ceiling and I kept going up, then I woke up from my mom.
