Since you have your heart set on WILD, I should not recommend DILD, but I'm gonna anyways
It would be better method, because it will not keep you up, as WILDing does. You just go to sleep normally and become lucid in a regular dreams thanks to daytime practice. You can check out DV Wiki for bunch of DILD tutorials, and here is one too. Check them out and decide if it would better fit your lifestyle. That doesn't mean, that when time is right for a WILD, you can't attempt. BTW, you should not WILD as you first go to sleep at night, but after at least 4.5 hrs of sleep. Happy dreams
