      NO I cannot think that! If I do then there will be someone faster than me! must purge mind of thoughts!

      I hope so too! They do seem to be getting more vivid over time. It helps if, during the dream, I try to touch something; really engage my senses.

      Spinning always works really well for me. I use it a lot. It makes everything more vivid and I can feel things much better as well. Mostly this only works if you think it will. Remember that most of what happens (even waking up) is normally just what you expect to happen. Expect something more than reality, Expect vividness, and for goodness sake expect everyone there to be the best looking people ever in there.
