      Spinning problem

      Every time I spin in my lucid dream to try to keep the LD going, I get very dizzy and fall over. Any tips?

      Have you tried not spinning?

      Do you stay lucid? If yes, just dust yourself off and continue with your LD. If your lucid ends, than stop spinning . Spinning can either prolong your lucid by transporting you someplace else, or wake you up. Spin at your own risk. Check out stabilization techniques in DV Wiki. Happy dreams

      Alright then! I just have a hard time getting my vision straight for awhile because it keeps moving sideways like it does in real life, so I lose a lot of dream time. I guess it's just a mental block I have to get over.
