I think you mean "how do you induce sleep paralysis"?

Well, the goal is never to reach sleep paralysis, but instead, falling asleep consciously or performing a WILD, which is all about relaxing and maintain a small degree of self-awareness in order to maintain consciousness while your body falls asleep. I suggest you to take a look at the WILD tutorial, since it can give you a general view of the whole process.

If you wake up from a lucid dream, it doesn't matter if you are in SP or not. What matters is, that you don't move, so you stay in REM, and you can enter into another lucid dream quite easily. It's called DEILD. Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream. Please do ask, if you have any other question. Happy dreams
