Hello,
FYI: Male 23, dutch, fairly experienced in "trippyness", mental control, and a natural lucid dreamer, now my story:
I "discovered" sleep paralysis last week. The technique of thinking about a dream-subject before falling asleep was the initiator of that, I kept my mind awake, when my body went into REM.
The first time sleep paralysis didn't scare me or induce alot of fear. But now I'm getting worries:
Every night I manage to go into SP, every time when I'm laying in my bed, I can induce SP voluntarily within <5 minutes, and often even faster. I'm currently doing this out of free will, because I find the hallucinations incredibly interesting. But am getting worries over the frequency, and easyness of SP. Are there any risks involved like permanently changing my sleeping habbits?, can I sleep in the future without SP?, or can I lose my sanity continuing with SP ?
Or is this just a sympton of sleep depriviation? (For the past year I lived with no more then 6 hours sleep daily)
please advice
