So I have been trying to lucid dream for about a month and came across this website and think its a great idea for others to collaborate about such a fascinating topic. I have had false awakenings, remember about 2 dreams a night and even became semi-aware in one dream but woke up due to excitement (I think that's why I woke up). I am trying everything under the sun to just get to the point of a controlled lucid dream but can't seem to get it. Does anyone have any other advice so I can put the nail in the coffin and finally break that barrier that's been stopping me for some reason? I currently do daily reality checks and the ADA method. Any other tips or information would help! Thanks guys!
