The important thing is that you don't give up, just keep trying. It took me sometime to get my first lucid, but after your first if you keep as commited then way more lucid will follow. There are so many techniques out there you just have to tinker around which one works for you and which one doesn't, wbtb is really effective and easy, doing that on a regular basis if you can would not hurt. As for the reality checks, don't stop because once they become a habit you're chances increase dramaticlly. Also make sure you're questioning yourself when reality checking (time, clothes, peoples behaviour...) |
