      Questions...

Little bit of background for you, I am not someone who stresses. About anything really. I'm a very relaxed person. The only thing I get a little bit nervous and or worried about is a relationship. At least, that's what I thought.

One of my friends told me that she was considering suicide. She had even made a plan. I stopped her then, but I've found out about other plans, and stopped them too. Being the only one who knows about this has been extremely difficult for me. For one of the first times ever, I'm actually stressed. This has destroyed my progress in lucid dreams. Is there a way not to get my stress to affect my dreaming?? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

PS: does anyone know how to switch Dreamviews back into mobile version on an iPod?

I think that the only way to get rid of stress is to make peace with what is causing it.
You either accept that it exists and you accept that you did your best getting rid of it but despite your effort, it will remain in your life. (the though of your girlfriend hurting herself will always stay with you)
Or, you get rid of the stresser. Which in this case, I'm not sure you can.

Everybody has some stress in his life. But if you make peace with that idea, it should be better. Hope you will work it out. Happy dreams

That is actually exactly how I live my life, and I've always been able to easily get over things. I just can't seem to make it work for this though.
She is not my girlfriend, which is good. If she was, I would REALLY be a mess now.
I recall someone had a strategy for not letting daytime worries affect you in some tutorial, but I can't remember what it was. I am not expecting to get rid of the stress of this situation until she is safe, but I could have sworn there was something to help with it for sleeping

I once had a girlfriend that actually attempted suicide. She regretted immediately though and was admitted to a hospital. I remember feeling like you though. Our relationship didn't last much longer, I was not old or mature enough to know what to do in that situation so I sort of just broke down. Looking back at that now, I should of course have acted differently. I think the most important thing you can do is talk it through with her. Of course the memory will still always be with you, but you can try putting the memory to rest by talking to her and making sure that she has no intent to actually take her own life. If you assure yourself it's not going to happen, you should hopefully be able to sleep peacefully. That's what I do in situations like these, hopefully you can use this for something
