I did it for you guys!!

Last night after work I went to the grocery store and bought a 64oz jug of apple juice, and drank it ALL.
880 Calories and 176g of sugar
I drank it in like 20 minutes and went to bed because I heard the apple juice and other things can help induce lucid dreaming and dream vividness. So I went to bed feeling sick but I fell asleep and woke up a couple of times during the night but unfortunately could not recall any dreams
I'm kinda pissed that its so hard for me to recall dreams because most people can remember 2-3 dreams daily and I recall like 2 a week.

Sorry for your tummy ache. I did recommend to someone yesterday apple juice. But I also said, that nothing beats dream journal. Everything else is just an aid. Dream journal is the best tool that helps you with your recall. There are no shortcuts.

So it's ok to take supplements, but really, best thing you can do for your recall is write everything in your DJ. If you already do that, it may take a few days for it to kick in. Don't give up! Happy dreams

That doesn't just magically happen. Most of the people who remember 2-3 dreams daily had to work to get there. There are some people who are naturally good at remembering dreams, but most forget them. A dream journal should help. Even just wanting to remember more will help. But it takes time and work, not just drinking a ton of apple juice.
