are vibrations normal?

i was dreaming and suddenly i realised and said "OMG-IM LUCID DREAMING " and at that moment, i felt quite intense vibrations in my head and saw nothing for a few second during that(the vibrations lasted like-3 to 4 secs)and i was then in another dream but couldnt move and after a couple of seconds i couldnt be bothered to move so then, still knowing i was dreaming, i woke up.

btw, there was kind of a heavenly noise in the background of the loud, intense vibrations (you know, like when u turn on a windows computer...)

is this normal...
plz gimme a detailed answer as im kind of frickin out (im 12)

Don't worry, they are normal. They are usually felt when someone uses WILD induction technique. But you felt them when you had lucid dream by DILD technique. It's possible to feel them at that time as well, if you are waking up from the dream at the same time.

They can't hurt you.

Yes this was very normal, it still happens to me sometimes when I get lucid.

Had those in one of my lucid dreams as well, though they were rather like either me or the whole dream itself was vibrating, and they lasted for quite a while(30 seconds of dream time i think), also they did not changed scene

.
And yeah, those are normal from what i know.
