ok, so I was just searching the web for lucid related articles and I came across this,
Saying 'Hi' Through A Dream: How The Internet Could Make Sleeping More Social - Forbes
And While the actual article does not talk about what I want to discuss, it features the facts that I want to talk about. In the 4th paragraph it says "10% of the population are active lucid dreamers, meaning they have at least one lucid dream a month" that's a huge amount of people! If this statistic is true that means there are 700,000,000 active lucid dreamers worldwide. But what confuses me is that if this is true, shouldn't there be much more people on dreamviews? Just a thought. It goes on to talk about Christopher Nolan a British-American film director who actually directed Inception. And according to this article lucid dreaming inspired this movie. And if you look in to this further there are loads of famous people/celebrities that lucid dream or have. Some include James Cameron, Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, Stephen King etc... The fact is there are tons of people that currently at least experience lucid dreams. So why isn't it kicking off? I mean it surprises me that there aren't more things to do with lucid dreaming is this day and age. It's what sort of inspired me to start a lucid awareness project. Anyway what do you guy think? Is this article telling the truth? Do you think lucid dreaming will ever globally kick off?
