Thread: In Dream Emotions Effect on Lucidity

Yes when you first get lucid you are more than often just aware of the fact that it is a subconcious focus, but a dream is (easily seen) as an experience of your subconscious, emotions and memories. So well even if you are aware of the fact that is is a dream, that is to say that it is a subconscious focus, it doesn't automatically mean that you are aware of your emotions or your physical memories. It's a strange concept but as you might have noticed it's very much like this.

Stabilization is in fact just a process of making you aware of the emotions and memories, when you are aware of all three you fully aware of the dream and yourself, and can therefore control and experience it mcuh easier.
