Hi there. When you do ADA, it is recommended to practice it only a few minutes at a time when you are just beginning, as it can be mentally exhausting. Then you can increase it as you see fit. I also used to forget to do awareness practices especially during hectic days. So I would put a rubber band on my wrist and whenever I noticed it, I'd do a reality check. After that, I try to be aware of my surroundings as much as possible, and take everything in. |
