Alright, so I'm trying to find out how to increase my awareness. I have read the ADA technique guide. Although I haven't had my first LD yet, I want to learn to do DILDs. I have attempted to do ADA, but I can never remember to do it. After searching around a bit, I found out that meditation helps with awareness. I was wondering if this is a practical way to learn awareness, and if so then are there any special ways that I should practice it? Thanks for any replies.
