      Weird lucid dreams, please help

      Had the most strange lucid dreams for me today. Can U help me explain what happened?
      I feel asleep at 8.30 in the morning after being awake for half an hour.
      In a few minutes I started falling in sleep paralyze, was semi awake, could hear things that wasnt real. Nothing special. But the weird part for me was, that I was waking all the time, first from sleep paralyze and then from lucid dreaming. One second I was awake, next I was in lucid dreams that lasted for about 5 seconds. Wake up again, fall in lucid dreams again. And again this pattern for about 30 times. I could wake fully, if I would move but didnt want to. It was very stupid feeling, but at least I was prakticing staying lucid more time with rubbing my hands at spinning at the same time.

      Any clue?

      Sounds like you DEILD chained. You might have been too excited for the dreams to remain stable so you woke yourself from the dream and then went back in.
