What should i visualize to get lucid?

I feel my MILD technique is weak and isn't too much effective, i think it is because
i don't have good visualization skills, although i don't get too much motivation sometimes.
But sometimes i visualize that i am having sex with a girl i like (kinda embarrassing talking about this)
I can't visualize that i am flying or doing another thing because it may be too complex due to my
      low visualization skills.

What should i really visualize to make me lucid?

Something that sometimes help me is if im going about my normal life and I stop, i will do a reality check and visualize myself becoming lucid. MILD alone might not always get your lucid.. I recommend you do MILD and DILD

I like to visualise a memorable dream and then imagine myself becoming lucid, thinking about what i would of done if i had become lucid in that dream.
Visualizing sexy time with a girl is always awesome. But at least with this way there are no unwanted.... uhh.... repercussions in public .

Simply because you can breathe, doesn't mean your alive, or that you really live....

Haven't had experience with MILDs but i believe you could visualize yourself noticing dream sign or just wondering that it can be a dream and the doing an reality check, or visualize somebody telling you to do an reality check.

I have this same problem, what I recommend is that you meditate for a while, draw, wright, paint u get the idea, see my understanding is that the brain is like a mussle if u use it for creative taskes Being creative gets easier, kinda like how when u run alot, running gets easier. Other then that just create a image in your head just the one image and put as much detail into it as possible. With mild the idea isn't that u drop off into a lucid dream it's that the list thought u have before bed is lucid dreaming, that way your more likely to become spontaneously lucid layter that night
