Hi sorry to jump in ive been having sleep paralysis for around 10 years and only wish i didnt hallucinate lol, i cannot overcome the fear after all this time thats why i just joined the site, hopefully il get some answers on here, im curious as to know what people actually see, and have many on here seen the hatman?, anyway sorry for hijacking your post. |

Sleep paralysis is the phenomenon that happens when you awaken during the middle of your REM cycle. Hallucinations are also known to happen during sleep paralysis, though it's not as common for most. This is the main reason for people thinking that they are being visited by aliens or possessed by spirits when they awaken and cannot move, while at the same time think what they are seeing is real. |
