Wow! I think that it's a petty good lucid you had there, despite the quality issues. It sounds like you have also completed the basic task of the month! See here Task of the month |

I just said to myself "this is a dream!" while i was napping, and my heart beat started to race. I had lucid dreams that lasted only a couple of seconds because i was too excited, so this time i told to myself "relax". Instead of flying or trying to shoot fireballs out of my hands, i said to myself to do something simple, like you know - eating. I knew i had lucid powers, so when some food or silverware fell to the floor i used my hands like magneto to pull them back to me. |

NyxCC, what you say about not looking at it so physically.. Can you elaborate on this.. I haven't had a proper LD yet but from what i've heard that's a technique for stabilizing, no? |

Hello Moltenmurw, perhaps I didn't explain well enough. Stabilization may be achieved by engaging the sences. If you feel the dream is running away so to speak, or is somewhat blurry, you can try to interact with it, by touching the walls, eating something, hugging a DC, talking out loud, saying mantras/commands out lout, smelling the air, etc. |

Theatherofdreams and Moltenmurw, have you looked at this stabilization tutorial? |
