As pointed out by others this may be some physical symptom, so you may want to have yourself checked just in case if it does occur often, but otherwise there is nothing to worry about. I have heard a number of stories from friends experiencing strange sensations, and had some myself. Losing sense of your body (different from fainting) or having other strange sensations of this type, is not too unusual, and may happen by chance, due to an emotion, lack of sleep, stress, or a combination of those things.
I noticed for myself a similar thing, after I increased the number of hours I meditate, for example. When I go out, I may in very rare cases have the feeling that I am losing my sense of body, feeling totally light-weigh but still able to move. I used to get pretty scared that I might mentally "fly away" - basically fall asleep and faint in the middle of the street, so I would react with worry and hold on to my friend. But usually this feeling passes away in a couple of minutes and the world feels solid again. So really no need to stress, it is just a quick change in perception.
Whatever it is, hope you feel better after reading all posts here! Take care!
