Learn to take control of your urges. So try to remember if you stabilize first then you can actually have sex.
If you really want to do it, do it once to get it over with and then you can get on with what ever else you want to do with nothing holding you back.

It's common for beginners to wake up quickly after they realize they are dreaming. The reason is because you get a little excited and thinking about so many things at once. Next time you get lucid just stay still and just look around and focus on things. And also do the rubbing hands technique the whole time and take note of how long you were in your dream. Don't feel that you have to be running around and be doing stuff once you get lucid.

Good advice from Zyzz. Later on when you get the dream stable enough to stay a little longer, always wanting to run around and aimlessly jump from place to place, fly and go nuts, is going to get you bored with LD considerably fast. At least in my experience.

As you start having definite things you want to do there, get them well into your mind while awake so that when you get lucid you remember to try and be productive to yourself with your next goal. You will realize, stay calm, stabilize and engage the dream with a purpose. In the beginning it's very natural and certainly even beneficial to just explore your surroundings (hot DC's included) and get to know the feel of lucidity, no cause for concern.

Best of luck with your LD's!

No sexual contect hours before going to bed. If it still not helps, "tease yourself" 5-6 hours before going to sleep.
