It's actually one of the times when WILD might be attempted with good chances. I'm not sure about it but SSILD might also be a good bet?

Then of course, you can just take a regular nap and put faith in your DILD encouragement throughout the day (since your chances are already much higher if you nap at a good time) and/or just do a little MILD routine. Simple quality meditation leading up to a nap also raises your chances by a lot in my experience.

I would say If you are really aiming to get that done napping, mix it out, don't limit yourself to one way.

Nap, if not too long after you woke up in the morning, is the best time to have a LD. Any technique will work.

Personally I hate napping. I can't fall asleep and because I lied down and rested for 30 minutes I can't fall asleep until 2 am. It's a lose lose for me :\
      Spoiler for Secret to LDing:

Funny, I'm a little bit like this most of the time, except if I'm tired enough I can fall asleep easily. The problem comes later though

Nap is the golden time for lucid dreaming!
Most of my lucid dreams are from naps, and like gab said, any method and technique should work, you just need to find time when you can fall asleep and quickly reach REM.
