      free mind = new beginning

      Hello all

Just thought id re introduce myself to DV. I started my Lucid adventure about a year ago with nothing but failure. I tried soo hard but with 2 jobs, working nights an days, and part time university course on the go i didnt have a minute to spare. Id go a full day from start to finish on complete auto pilot oblivious to lucid dreaming, only to lie in bed minutes before sleep thinking..."ahhh dammit, i forgot to reality check again today". Cut a long boring story short. I handed in the last of my assignments into uni yesterday and i feel a weight has been lifted and im ready to explore the dreamworld again with my full attention. I believe second time round im gonna smash it this time!!!

Infact i have performed countless reality checks today just spontaneously, and i had the best nights deep sleep last night in a very long time.

Hope all the DV community is good and well and best of luck to you all!!

      Best wishes!

      Ben

Welcome back, Ben and congrats on finishing uni. Glad to hear you're performing reality checks more regularly. Make sure to keep your dream journal updated and I wish you the best of luck.

Best of luck man keep at, motivation and desire are key. It all comes in time, make sure to keep a dream journal, the first step and maybe most important is remembering your dreams.

Thanks alot, i definately had the motivation an desire, however i lacked time and freedom.

Anyway... Back on it now. Im using a realy good ipad app for my dream journal. Reading back at my dream recall from
My last efforts, its easy to tell from the sporadic entries and dreamless nights i was stressed out.
