      Back!!

I'm done from my long break from attempting to lucid, but now I need to know what to do to get back to lucid dreaming and ways to be more successful at it. its very great to be back.

      Welcome back, Oraheb!

First, I'd encourage you to do reality checks and practise ADA. I see you already have a dream journal, so I definitely recommend that you write on it to work on dream recall (you can never remember too many dreams! ) and then... do you have a favourite technique? If not, check out the main ones here. I also suggest that you start a workbook, they can be pretty helpful.

      Good luck!

In addition to LucasPotter's excellent advice, I recommend writing a list of specific goals you want to achieve. And I mean specific like "Grill a steak and eat it" and not just "Eat something". You can have a list of short term goals like "fly with butterfly wings" and "recall at least 5 dreams this week" OR you can have a list of long term goals like "learn and practice firebending" and "have at least 4 lucids a month".

Goals really help get you back on track. Not only will it help you remember what you wanna do, but it will also reinforce your subconscious to actually get you lucid because you need to achieve it.

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
