Hi , I was wondering when I would start having LDs ,lets say, once a twice a week. I know everyone differs than the other but I want to get a sense of it. I have has 4 LDs in these past 3 weeks (my first 4 LDs ) and I have trained till now 3 months exactly, with the first month being WILD technique which I abandoned because it didn't work for me. I would appreciate at least your personal time. sry if i'm being nagy, but you know how important LDing is
