Is it possible to forget Lucid Dream ?

Can I have LDs when I dont remember my dreams ? I mean, I remember like 1 dream per 2 nights (and just one or two little fragments), even when Im doing dream recalls technics, nothing helps me to remember more dreams. Maybe with time It will get better, but I have to ask, can I have a Lucid Dream and then just forget it ? I mean I already had 2 LDs but I almost forget the second one (probably because It was layer 1 LD), Im doing everyday and everywhere RCs and ADA technic. But I got probably bad memory or something, so I maybe had already more LDs but I just forget them, is it possible ?

Of course it is possible, even more when you lose lucidity and ends as a non-lucid. Once I woke up with no recall and eventually I remembered that I had had a lucid dream. What I do know to make sure that I remember them is to tell myself inside the dream that I'll remember it, and focus on all the details. It does not fail, at least for me.

It's possible to forget an ld similarly to any dream you have. However, to be able to learn and develop your lucid and dream control skills, it's important to keep track and remember at least the most important moments of your dreams. You also need to remember regular dreams in more details in order to identify dream signs, which can then prompt you that you might be dreaming.

Dream recall can be improved, here is a thread with some tips and also another one with more on dream recall:

Oh definitely lol. I even forgot a lucid dream that I had last night, but then later remembered it today when I went to the place where the LD happened in dreamland. I'm sure it happens much more than I'm aware of.

But this usually only happens to me when I get lost in the dream again, lose lucidity.

It is possible, yes, but it's definitely alot harder to forget lucid than non-lucid, especially if you are practicing and have done alot in dream. As long as you have stable enough recall, even if it's 1 dream/night(Hey, my recall was even worse when i was starting), it's good to Not worry that much and practice lucid dreaming as well, both will improve!
The only instances when i've found recalling lucid hard personally is when i had massive chains of false awakenings, other than that my recall of lucid always was pretty clear, even when i was starting.
