What makes Lucid Dreaming the best hobby is that you always have time for it. Everybody sleeps. |

Hey, so Lucid Dreaming has been very off and on for me... I'm currently very busy with schoolwork, hobbies, etc. Are there any tips on trying to fit in Lucid Dreaming with an extremely busy lifestyle? I feel like if I had more time to do it, I definitely would get back into it again... Thanks in advance for the help! |

I second in recommending DILD, although my opinion might be slightly biased due to it being my main and favorite method. With the exception of RCing it takes no time out of your day--the whole process of becoming lucid happens when you're already asleep. I think MILD would work just as well, too. |

Definitely MILD is your solution. RCing as mentioned above, few minutes to write your dreams in the morning, and 10 minutes while falling asleep for affirmations and visualizations. Good luck |
