Suddenly pain is naturally happening to me in both lucid dreams and dreams.

I have lately been experiecing pain in my dreams and lucid dreams but it doesnt bother me that much. When i feel the pain it feel same as in reality but somehow it doesnt bother me that much its weird. I think it is because my dreams have been becoming gradually more and more intense.
Im starting to remember little by little more memories in sense of touch, hearring and smell in dreams. Now it has been got to the point of feeling pain in dreams but also my every dreams have become so amazing experiences that i dont care that much if i have a lucid dream. I stopped practicing lucid dreaming month ago but i still have them and intesity of my dreams is now gradually becoming so much better. I no longer have any trouble with dream recall i just remember them.
I dont know what started this but i have a theory.
I practiced ada with putting a lot of effort in it but then i started to focus more on memorizing feeling of different surfaces and paying attention to my bloodflow, states of minds, emotions, thoughts and my behavior. This was so interesting to me that i started to enjoy paying attention to everything being more aware of everything that now its not a bother to me but entertaiment.
Does every experienced lucid dreamer reach to this point when their other than visual senses becomes more intense and memorable?

I personally experience everything I would in waking life when dreaming and lucid dreaming... all senses... pain, etc. I too practice ADA, though not all to intensely. More of a natural thing I've done all my life. I also don't practice lucid dreaming techniques, they just come naturally to me now. I remember everything when I wake up too. All of this more than likely has to do with our practicing ADA...

I am like this, but I practice ADA slightly with RCs, but I practice ADSA intensely. So, try improving your self-awareness too. See Sageous's course.

Yeah i also focus more on Self awareness just because it really help you understand yourself and life better. Now i just try to be more aware of everything naturally so now if i wanted to stop ada i would have to focus on not trying to be aware. Where can i find sageous course? I dont understand that well how this forum works.

Before practising lucid dreaming i used daydream a lot which made me not focus as much my physical senses, thoughts and feelings. It also meant that my dreams werent as focused. It is just so new to me feel everything my dream body experiences it makes them so much better its like every dream now is as memorable as lucid dreams. In past dreams if i ran i didnt felt the impact of my feet hitting ground or if i did flips i didnt feel the gravitational pull. Now past week i have been experiencing pain. Yesterdays dream i jumped from small building and i felt the shock in my bones as pain.
I have learned so much since i started practising ada with high effort and just understand more how our thoughts affect on everything.

Sageous's course is in the Dreamvieaws Academy forum, and then you press WILD, it is above the threads, so you reach Sageous's threads.
Inhancing your awareness and self awareness isn't a good idea. They diminish each other. I prefer to enhance my self-awareness, my memory(prospective and normal), and my intention. These are the fundamentals. I also do WILD and DEILD. I am also considering dropping RCing, since it is for awareness, and only focus only dreamlikeness. So it's like practicing the fundamentals with MILD and WILD. Really, you don't need ADA to notice the weirdness of the dream, because you always do notice it, but you need your memory to remind you that this is unnatural. So, you don't need to increase your awareness, only your memory and self-awareness(self-awareness is needed for you to realize that the dream around you is your creation when you are not lucid). ADA is great for dream recall, but is not needed for achieving lucidity, on the contrary, it hinders self-awareness. And for the LD, just stabelize, it will give, with self-awareness, an even better dream clarity and control, I promise.

Thanks for info. I was already focusing on self awareness more but its good to know that i can leave ada completely out without it affecting my lucid dreams..

P.S: Allot of people will disagree with this, but read the recent posts on the thread "Sageous's fundamentals with Q&A", and you will see how we handle LDing stuff.

You just want to see if can feel pain. Pretty neat. Also, you are convincing yourself that reality and lucidity are the same. You should be dancing like me.
