Ooh, that's true, I tend to get the same way. It would be cool if there was a way to time it somehow, makes you wonder how long it actually takes.

My whole life mostly, but it wasn't for no reason. I think some of my earliest LDs were when I was 4 or so (I didn't hear the term of LDing until I was around 11), and they were from recurring nightmares--after a while, I realized what was going on and think "hey, this is familiar," get lucid, wake myself up (it was a couple of years before I realized I could control the dream). It happened quite often to the point where I learned what a dream "felt" like and how it was different from reality, which is where my DILDs mostly come from today.

So yeah, I suppose I'm a natural, although I will admit that ever since I started fully practicing lucid dreaming (tried it when I was 11, put it aside for a few years, started it up again just last year), my dreams and LDs have been a lot more vivid, longer, and worthwhile. The effort definitely counts.

So, a NovaDreamer is gonna help me get used to the dream "feel" more quickly because of the more LDs? Of course I will continue to practice self-awareness

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

Most likely, yes. Once you learn to recognize exactly what that dreamy feeling feels like, it'll become one of your dream signs all on its own. It's possible (though I'm not sure) that even after you wake up from non-lucid dreams--perhaps when you DJ--you can stop and think how you felt during that dream, and how it was different from reality, it might even be worth writing down. It's hard to explain exactly what it's like and what you're looking for, but there's just that dreamy sensation and occasionally lingering sense of control (at least for me) that's never really apparent in waking life.

Yes, that is hightenned self-awareness. I really love SA

Also, I like to do 2-3 WBTBs a night for WILDs and MILDs. mainly MILDs when I feel like it. MILD at first WBTB, then WILD with a dash of mantras in second WBTB. As I like

I guess lucid reaming is just like any skill and natural ability can only take you so far without effort.

I'm assuming you perform these WBTB's after certain amounts of sleep. 3, 4.5, 6... ect.
Do you have a specific time which you find more successful than others?
