      Begginer needing help

      Ive been trying and cant seem to lucid dream, any tips? Ive been trying to MILD+FILD. i repeat my mantra before i go to sleep and visualize i am playing piano in my dream to help with the FILD, But still have no dream or any dream at all during the night for FILD i wake up at 3:20 is that to early?
