What is YOUR LD techniques? (: I wanna know

What is your lucid dreaming techniques that either got you your first Lucid or one that you still continue to this day? (: I may go off of what some of you say, so I may hopefully get my diet lucid also.

My techniques I mainly go for are DILD, I accidentally WILDed 2 times or so. But I've worked on doing DILD since January

The first one was a very short WILD. All the others were basically attempted WILDs that ended up as a DILD.

My tip: think about LD all day, set goals what you want to do as soon as you get lucid, something easy to do. My guess would be stabilization first, looking at your hands etc...
The more you think about it all day, the higher your chance to LD.

MILD. It's the best. Also reflections intention with it. This combo is very effective and easy. Of course with WBTBs and recording my dreams using my Tab's voice recorder.
Also I attempt WILD when I feel like it during a WBTB.
Basically when you get used to LDing and doing MILD, it becomes much more effective, of course with prospective memory exercises too.

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

First technique that gave me lucid dream was DILD

In dream i saw a electricity plug
It was around 0.5 meter from wall levitating
And i've figured out it's dream after seeing that Tee hee

But after that LD i've started using WILD Method
Some failed WILD attempts turned randomly into DILDs aswell

My first lucid was a DILD and it's the technique I use the most to this day. You know, doing reality checks through the day and practicing self-awareness. I find that visiting this forum and reading about other people's experiences also help with having lucids.
Tough there are times when I just stop doing these things due college etc. and stop having lucids. Then at some time I remember about these techniques and slowly go back to practicing them. I'm actually currently recovering from a dry spell and it's going alright. I think I'm having about 1-2 lucids every week.
I think I've also used MILD and succeded. And I think sometimes when I wake up and go back to sleeping right away I usually have lucids. I'm not sure if that can be considered a DEILD (not sure if it has to have sleep paralisys to be considered one).
Anyway choose what best suits you and always keep your hopes up. And if you're interested, here's a good tutorial on all day awareness.

To answer that, it's called a wake back to bed(WBTB) when you wake up after a period of sleep, preferably after a sleep cycle (eg after 4 1/2, 6, 7 1/2, or 9 hours of sleep).
This helps increase your awareness before falling asleep, which increases your chances for a LD. Also it is used for a WILD, since you can't enter a dream using a WILD except if you're doing it right before a REM cycle, which is the purpose of a WBTB too, falling asleep right to a REM cycle.
As for if it was a DEILD, it's only considered so if you woke up right from a dream then fell asleep quickly right to another dream consciously (as in you were conscious the whole time during falling asleep and entering the dream), which is similar to a WILD (they are basically the same thing)

Also, sleep paralysis isn't needed to achieve a WILD or a DEILD. That is a false mainstream, sadly drawing a lot of people out of performing WILDs and DEILDs, and even LDing at all.

      Hope I helped

I use DILD and have had over 180 in 3 years. I think I have had a couple WILDs or fast DILDs at least. I use MILD to a degree in that I take a bathroom break at some point. Sleeping in is the most likely time I LD. Everyone is different so you have to learn what works best, but I think DILD is easiest (combined with MILD).
