Hey, thanks for the kind words, guys! I have recently been incorporating some of Sageous's advice ("ADSA" and "RRC") into my training retinue and have been seeing success with this. I have also calmed down a bit with the MILD (still practicing every night, but more in line with Naiya's "Simple MILD" technique). Still being forceful with it though. I'm not minding this lately though . . . .

... however I think that without working hard it will be rather unlikely to have many LDs. You just have to look for a method that suits your needs and doesn't stress you too much. The key is consistency - you don't have to overstress or try and force yourself to have LDs. If you keep at it for a long period of time then things will pay off eventually!
benni, this is where I am starting to get at, I think. It's a learning process! I have had similar experiences with ADA--situations where I was hyper-aware of my surroundings, but still had no idea I was dreaming! There's a certain critical reflective attitude that needs to be in there.

F4hmi, I have heard of this before--DDA, I think? I have thought of using this as a method of incubation, but have not gotten into it yet. If anyone knows more about this, let me know! It seems like a cool technique.

linh, I will continue trying to be more observant of my surroundings (though with some critical reflection added in) and will definitely keep you updated on my progress! Thank you for the kind words! And thank you everyone for the responses. Much appreciated.
