Ok, so you find yourself in a lucid dream. What can you do to improve quality/vividness and length before you do whatever it is in a dream. I always find my self going in to the action to quickly and I lose the unvivid and short dream. |

Another good method is to create a food you really like, for example a warm apple pie. Then focus on smelling it, looking at it, and tasting it. This method is particularly enjoyable because it allows you to stabilize the dream while having a tasty meal! |

Half the time my dream starts with me getting out of bed, so that's pretty easy, but yeah, if you're in the middle of a desert or something it's gonna be a little more difficult |
