So my problem is that I will forget this feeling of altered consciousnes state - being lucid in a dream. If I have normal 20 minutes long lucid, I'm going to forget this sensation in about 2 hours. If I have 1 hour+ long lucid it takes longer to forget - around 24 hours.
It sucks, because the feeling or imagining being lucid is the main factor of MILD method.
It the same thing like with drugs or other altered consciousnes state inducers. After a while, you forget what is this state like. You have this kind of concept what it was like, but it not even a close to real feeling of altered state. Basically the longer are in the normal state of consciousnes, the longer is the memory of altered state sensation.
So my question is: How to extend this remembering what is it like lucid dreaming?
