Unfortunately, this is a problem that comes with practicing astral projection alongside lucid dreaming. A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming. You don't have to have control of yourself or your surroundings (though you can), but you just have to know that everything you are experiencing is a dream. The thing about practicing astral projection is that, whenever you have those experiences where you feel you are physically projecting out of your body, you are not aware that everything going on around you is just a dream (that you could control if you wanted to).
Bare in mind that this is from the perspective of someone who believes that most - if not all - astral projections are simply very convincing dreams.
The point is that, if you are without the explicit knowledge that you are in a dream state (and not in an astral state, experiencing 'reality' but in an intangible form), then you are not lucid dreaming.
