Can you improve your self-esteem and self-image in lucid dreams?

My self-esteem and self-image aren't the best, I don't exactly "dislike" myself or anything like that, but I know I should be able to feel much more content with myself.
So now I'm wondering, do you think it is possible to use lucid dreams to "heal" yourself in these cases?
For example, I have heard people like Robert Waggoner have lucid dreams where they asked to feel "unconditional love", and it seems reasonable that this should improve your self-esteem to some degree.
It should also be possible to speak to dream characters and have them reveal something about you, and give you some advice on how to handle it all...?

      What do you think?

Basically, my goal in the end is to get rid of any doubts and anxiety, so that I can freely converse with other people, flirt with love interests etc and feel proud of myself while doing it, without feeling uncomfortable all the time, and I was thinking that maybe lucid dreams can make it much easier to reach those goals?

      Hi,

It is surely possible in lucid dreams
Probably most of psychological problems yet surely not disorders can be solved through lucid dreaming
By disorders i mean stuff like schizofrenia or ocd i guess...

There are three stuff that you need for that:
      1. Lucid Dreaming (Being Able To Lucid Dream)
      2. Dream Stabilization (Be Able To Stabilize Dream So It Won't End Instantly Or In Mere Minutes?)
      3. Dream Control (Be Able To Do Stuff Like Spawning Dream Characters etc.)

For 1st a technique of choice
For 2nd a dream stabilization technique of your choice. I personally would suggest you this one:
Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
And for the third one just know how to affect dreams the way you want to. I personally would suggest you this guide if you want some good results:

If this is possible, I'd definitely be interested in knowing how.

I think maybe. I mean in your dream you can make yourself all powerful, and even make people like you. And maybe if you have acceptance in your dreams you'll feel better about yourself. Give it a try!

I guess having conversations with Dream Characters could be a way for this
