I was reading up on all day awareness, (ADA) here on the forum and was wondering if anybody could clarify some points for me?

Firstly I want to practice ADA to become more aware, hoping that this will help induce DILD's. In the article that I read, it describes how you should listen to the patter of your dogs foot steps as you are walking, feel the muscles in your legs as you're walking and look out for shadows etc, (there where more things listed such as being aware when you are breathing/blinking).

My question is, am I supposed to think of all of these things at the same time, or one by one? Also do I keep revisiting them?

Also should I perform reality checks in conjunction with this, or is ADA pretty much one big reality check anyway?

Any advice/further information/experiences would be greatly appreciated!

P.S for anyone interested the article that I am referring to is: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...kingyoshi.html
