      Question Question about WILD

      Hello!
Tonight I’m planning on doing WILD for the first time. Very excited!
So I have a question: To enter SP, how long do you need to stay still for? Does it vary from person to person or is there an approximate amount of time like, 15 or 20 minutes?

      Thanks, I appreciate any replies!

It varies, but it's usually takes a while to reach it, as far as I know.

For some reason, whenever I would WILD, I would do it with my eyes open. I guess I'm one of the few who do this, but I can't stand not being able to see anything during SP, it doesn't feel right.

Oh, don't forget not to move your eyes. It's easier to WILD if you sleep a few hours first, too, since your body is closer to REM than before you slept.

Just a couple of things I've learned about it. Good luck with your WILD.

Yeah it's about around that time, as far as I know.

Are you sure you're not dreaming?
