Did someone say my name^^ haha k that wasn't funny but in my opinion I think its a good goal to set and its an achievable one aswell the only thing that you should really consider is how you are going to achieve this if you planned to be focusing on techniques which involve alot of loss of sleep then no its not ideal and would most likely not happen because sleep is key, but some people claim to be lucid every night from awareness techniques and other things along those lines which i would imagine would have no adverse affects. |

The fine line between setting great realistic goals and just plain overdoing it is the moment negative thoughts creep into your mind while pursuing your goals. |

dolphin is absolutely right on this one. As long as failing doesn't upset you too much, go ahead and practice every night. You should definitely being doing your daily practice every day (awareness, reality checks), and autosuggestion every night certainly doesn't hurt ("I will lucid dream tonight!"). Your sleep schedule (how much you get) will determine whether or not you want to WBTB and attempt WILD every night. |
