      Question Reality Check required for DEILD?

      Okay long story to short. i was trying DEILD yesterday and i managed to get to SP (sleep paralysis). but when i was in the dream i wasnt lucid..... Did i do it wrong? or is a reality check required?

      Well, the only thing you did wrong was lose lucidity. Not sure what SP has to do with it! I am directing you to a conversation that was held on the WILD forum a ways back about DEILD and RCing:
