      How can Increace recall.

The problem is that I have a lot of trouble with recalling dreams. On an average night I can recall maybe 1 dream and a fragment or 2. In a good night maybe 1 or twice a week I can recall 2-3 dreams. And sometimes I recall nothing. I'm not shure why this is happening, because I have been using a dream journal since I started lucid dreaming.

The way I'm structure my dream journal is by writing down all of the details and what happened. Also sometimes I use a mantra if I want to recall a dreams really bad, but it never worked. Finally I keep a good sleep schedule and do a wbtb+ my technique every night.

So does anyone have any tips on getting better dream recall. It would be much appreciated.

make a list of things to think about when you wake up and cant remember anything. Like House, Car, Work-Cube, Classroom

      or Car, Bus, Train, Boat

then think about each thing and see if you can remember one from the dream.

Your list should be based on stuff you always see
so like I would put sidewalk, insect, bus, train, etc..

Then I'll remember oh yea I was walking along the sidewalk and...

Or you could always try taking some extra Vitamin B6
Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.

How long have you been actively working on recalling your dreams and journaling them? It gets better and better over time. I think the key things in addition to all the "usual" suggestions (don't move, regular sleep schedule, etc.) are: 1) it must be *really* important to you; 2) never, ever take a vacation from attempting to recall dreams. Sick, stressed, sad, tired, whatever, always intend to remember your dreams, and reach for dream memories every single time (and I mean *every* *single* time) you find yourself awake. Eventually your subconscious will catch on and and help you meet your dream recall goals. Always try for more recall, always.
