Lucid Dreaming realated Dreams

"I was in the bathroom, the painting that's on the upper right corner of the bathroom's frame is triangle like. My hands were nearly visible and I thought the triangle thing was part of my hands I said, "My hands look normal." I felt dizzy a bit. I look in the mirror my reflection looked normal except it was Fish Eye like, Why did I have my shirt off? What ever. I goto bed trying to lucid dream..." - 1/18/15
Why in my recent Dreams this keeps on happening? I'm not obssessed w/ lucid dreaming...but why does this happen anyone tell me why?
And, how I can use this to my advantage?

Sounds like a layer zero or pre-lucid dream--especially the part about examining your hands and feeling that they are normal. I would take it as a good sign that your daily habits are penetrating into nightly awareness. On the other hand, you may want to step up your mindfulness activities during the day (becoming fully "present" while performing reality checks, and then continuing a stream of mindfulness for some time afterwards). If you are fully present, it will be difficult to see your fish eyes and say, "This is normal." Hope this helps.
