      Is this a good progress?

      Hi, i started lucid dreaming exactly 1 month ago, and i had 14 lucid dreams in that period, so is this very good progress? Or is it normal for every one? So i am doing good at training or i want to change something.
      My routine:
      Dream journaling.
      RC and questionning reality.
      MILD when going to sleep.
      WBTB and FILD (these are very good) when i wake up at night

      I think you're making great progress! When I started I hardly had 4 LD's a month, but I guess it's different for everyone

      That's really good, I started October '14 and have only had six lucid dreams and not many in the past two months. Keep it up!
