I think i am becoming really good at lucid dreaming,I am making well progress

OK,since if discovered lucid dreaming,I have been wanting to learn,I already have had lucid dreams in the past when I was young, like at the ages between 6-7yrs, before I knew that there was a name for it,and I never knew how to trigger it,but now I am 14,and during my age of 14 I've been trying to get better at lucid dreaming, and I think I finally reach my goal,I mean I have been on a lucid dreaming streak,I have had a lucid dream everyday for 2 weeks and a half, and still going,I am so glad.

THE #1 THING I DO TO HAVE LUCID DREAMS
meditation, when I tell people about lucid dreaming and what it is,
they ask me how to do it,and I always tell them to MEDITATE right before
bed. This is a method that works the best for me.

Wow! That's awesome! :O I want to have lucid dreams everynight too. *_* I guess I'll have to start meditating. }:< What do you do when you're meditating though? What do you think about? How long do you meditate?

I personally meditate for thirty minutes to an hour. But I don't normally meditate. I use the DEILD method to get 1-4 lucid dreams a night. 5 is my record

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

when I meditate,I try not to think at all,and as for how long,I dont really have a time, although I usually stop around 10min for some reason, but the longest i have meditated is 22min

The question about meditation, one of the things that you should focus on is awareness. Try to stay aware of your current moment and task at all times, that should increase the length of your dreams and the chances of going lucid.

Thanks for the tip ive always tried different forms of meditations just focusing on being awake . Analyzing everything around me and almost try to really believe im dreaming maybe . But actual meditation before sleep might be the way to go if your having one every day for two weeks straight . I only have maybe 1 -3 a week
