Thread: Talking to my subconscious

Very weird lucid experience I had this morning. (I'll cut all the useless details)

I was walking around wondering if I could talk to my subconscious, I had an idea to find a mirror and walk up to it and speak to it.
As I was walking around I couldn't find any mirrors then after a few minutes I finally found one and as I walked closer to it I saw
my face but it wasn't my face it's hard to explain but it had very similar features that looked like me except it was more of a perfect
version of myself.

If I had to explain the feeling I felt when I saw myself it would be like meeting your girl/boyfriends parents for the
first time...I tried to think of other ways to put it but this was the best because you know it's someone important so no messing around.

The first question I asked was "Who are you?" He/Me? quickly replied "You know but do you" obviously confused by this response it took me a moment to say
"You are my subconscious, but you look different" after I said that, I could slowly see him morphing his face even more similar to mine. After getting no
response I asked "What's your name?" he said "I'm Chris" then again I saw him slowly morph but into a girl yet still looked like me, at this point I
became disinterested with talking to myself and went on exploring...

I'll definitely try it again but with better questions haha

Your thoughts on this or anyone else who has attempted to talk with themselves (a
