      Is visualization important in MILD technique ?
      I've seen some videos and articles ,they have not mentioned the visualization, any thoughts ?

      Meditation is different for each person. Assuming you have just started visualizations would be very rare. From practiced individuals you can experience many but, it's not important until you become learned and comfortable with the meditation itself.

      I suggest ignoring trying to achieve them until you start having them often.
