Hello everyone,

This thought crossed my mind the other day and I could not find an answer to it on the internet. The question is: if you are listening to binaural beats at a certain frequency, and you have become entrained to the frequency, if the frequency slowly changes to another one, will you slowly change with it or will you have to start all over and become entrained to each individual new frequency?
